Frequently Asked Questions
- What do I have to do to enroll?
- All you have to do is click
this link and fill out all
the information on the form to enroll in the program.
- What if I don't want to enroll?
- Unfortunately, we need our customers to enroll in the program
so we can track each card.
- What if I don't have a computer/email?
- Part of the enrollment process requires these items. There
is no problem enrolling at work, an internet cafe, or any public
library.
- How does it work?
- Please see this
page for answers to specific questions about the features
of the program.
- Why are my points reducing?
- They aren't. Once you have 1,000 points, your card will immediately
convert your point balance to cash available. Your transaction
history appears on your balance screen.
- I'm still having trouble. Who can I contact?
- Please email if you
have any further questions or concerns. Please include your
name and card number.
- How do I find the balance on my card?
- Please click
here, enter your card number and password as directed by
the security prompt.
- Can I change my password?
- Unfortunately, no. The password follows the same format for
every customer, and cannot be specialized. This is why we have
extra security for the card numbers.
- Why isn't my last transaction showing up?
- It will. It takes a transaction cycle (no more than 24 hours)
for transactions to appear. Please check back after 24 hours.

- What's the difference between the gift card and the loyalty
card?
- The gift card is black and can be redeemed as any other gift
certificate. The loyalty cards are blue, track your transactions
in the loyalty program, and can be redeemed for cash as it has
been earned.
- Can I redeem the card for cash?
- No. Card balances are not redeemable for cash.
- Can I redeem the card for merchandise?
- Yes. Check out our merchandise with your server.
- What happens if I have a large party?
- Large parties or tabs will be granted points for up to $2,000.
Please contact the manager of your restaurant for any further
detail. Points will not be granted for deposits made in advance.
- What happens if more than one person has a card at my table?
- We can honor only one card for each check.
- What if I have more than one transaction a night?
- You can use your card more than once in a night, but early
week bonus points will only be applied once to your card.
- What if I lose my card?
- Unfortunately, lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced. If
your card is lost or stolen, please contact email
immediately so that we can hold your card. We will do the best
we can to reflect your current status, but there are no guarantees.
As always, certain terms and conditions apply.
- Can I use my loyalty card to tip the wait staff?
- No, the wait staff is compensated outside of the program.
Please consider this when paying for your meal.
- Can I use my card for carry-out or sushi orders?
- Yes, absolutely - we encourage it!
- Do I have to be a paying customer to get a card?
- You can ask the reception area for a card as a non-paying
customer.
- How will you know if more than $1,000 is spent annually?
- Our system is designed to track this. If you spend more than
$1,000 annually at Fishbone's, you will get 15 points per transaction
as opposed to 10.
- Will my points ever go away?
- If your card is not used for a year or more, you will see
a reduction of balance per month.
- Do you monitor this program?
- We monitor the program every day. In order to make sure the
program is being used correctly, we view every loyalty transaction.
We can place cards on hold or reject cheaters from the program
if necessary.

Will I be awarded loyalty points for small transactions?

Only purchases of $5.00 or more will qualify for any type of loyalty points.
Because of the rich rewards that the program offers, small ticket items will not be
awarded loyalty points.

Can I enter the receipt online?

No.

Can I submit any receipts after the time of purchase for loyalty points?

No. If the cardholder does not bring the card to the restaurant at time of purchase, the points will not be issued for the transaction.
